Thomas Centolella
ABOUT THE POET
Thomas Centolella is the author of Terra Firma, Lights & Mysteries, and Views from along the Middle Way. He has been the recipient of a Lannan Literary Award, the American Book Award, and the California Book Award from the Commonwealth Club. He has been a Wallace Stegner Fellow in Poetry at Stanford University, and currently teaches creative writing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His poems have been featured on National Public Radio and in many magazines and anthologies, including Don’t Tell Mama: The Penguin Book of Italian American Writing.
