ABOUT THE POET
Phoebe Bay Carter is a junior at the Tara Performing Arts High School in Boulder, Colorado, where she spends her time prancing on the stage, dancing in the streets, dreaming in the mountains and scheming in the town. Dance is her oxygen and poetry her food. She drinks art, with a good dose of music as her medicine. Her family is the roof over her head and the walls that keep out the storm. Laughter is her drug of choice.
